@UrbanOutfitters @LaserShip nvm it’s @OnTrac_Shipping now. Ordered a vinyl record the last weekend in January and it STILL hasn’t been delivered and the tracking hasn’t updated since the beginning of last month.

It’s so maddening how the customer service for so many companies has devolved into AI chatbots and they’ve made it extremely difficult to be connected with a human being instead when needed

So @OnTrac_Shipping @LaserShip it is a statistical improbability at this point that in the time span of 3 weeks 3 separate packages were all "misrouted to the wrong facility" only for them ALL to be damaged and undeliverable and both senders you claim told you to throw it away?!

@ebaysneakers using @OnTrac_Shipping aka @LaserShip has to be the worst decision ever. Package arrived a their facility in SC and then magically disappears. They’re the worst shipping company because all sneaker related packages always come up missing! I’m glad @Nike caught wind.

@OnTrac_Shipping @LaserShip I’d recommend responding to the complaints of your customers (Including myself!) before you get yourself into a NASTY class action lawsuit. Where is my package? And why are you allowing your drivers to steal in front of cameras?
