@CityFibre @zybreuk is currently blaming you for a significant outage. I’m in Norwich and haven’t had broadband since sometime during the night. No information on your or their websites about extent or ETA. Any comments please?

Tried calling them and after choosing 2 for customer service I'm stuck on a constant ring, over 20 mins so far.
