I actually thought the first girl was an adult until I rewatched it. She seems confident in her posture and position and the beginning shows her right behind a large group of adults. Instantly suggests that she’s with the group. Later I can tell she is younger but again, she doesn’t appear lost or confused or alone in body language. The girl who happens to be white appears unsure of herself and shy and confused. She’s not confidently holding onto the gate and doesn’t ever appear to be with a group. If this was a more closely related video where the first child was obviously younger and didn’t have a group standing around her then I would agree it would look bad. Having said all that, it is scary that more people don’t stop to question the situation with both of them. I kind of feel like the first child is safer in a real world scenario because she doesn’t look to be out of her depth and looks more “stranger aware” like someone told her “stand right here, I’ll be 2 minutes, hold onto this rail and don’t talk to anyone. I’m watching from the window.” Other kid looks like she turned around and the adults disappeared. (all based only on body language & posture)
