We know of other #MSP who found examples of buying O365 more expensive through the channels than customers going direct. We had a recent conversation with a channel supplier who admitted MSP are moving away from re-selling O365.

@tubblog @Harrison_IT @Microsoft Liability is always a tricky topic. Nobody wants to see a business fail and although it does happen, it hopefully is the exception. Good due diligence on credit checking and contracting can offset some of the risk. Microsoft ❤️’s Partners, has done for decades.
