Leave Chike alone and stop bullying him many of you do worse behind closed doors but come online to act like judges. We just lost Alex Ekubo and you have already moved on to your next target. Besides, you can't cancel Chike, he is not your Netflix subscription.

just say you are no different from slave masters who would rather send their fellow human on errands they can run for themselves cus they feel because they have money other people should serve them. Exchanging a human dignity for a peanut and coming online to brag about it to lure people into showering praises on you should be counted among the all time low expectancy of humans

A few evenings ago, I went to the beach to sit. While I was there, I gave a guy 1,000 Naira to buy water for me. When he returned, he gave me the water and 700 Naira change. I was so moved by how appreciative he was when I gave the 700 back to him. Because of that gratitude, I later sent him 20,000 Naira and he was almost in tears. Not long after, my phone went off and he suggested he would look for a power bank for me. He ran around, found one, came back, and I gifted him another 50k because of how appreciative he was.

@quest_oc That’s the mentality that should be erased. You think other hosting countries don’t have issues and crises? Let’s keep making these excuses at the extent of infrastructural development that these tournaments will bring. We nor get crises in 1999 or 2000 or 2009 when we host?

Nigerians ranting on this video will always be funny to me. The same people will be the ones shouting if Nigeria bids for a major competition. That ehn, na money dem wan take am tiff bla bla bla. If we had won the bid for 2027 AFCON, is this not the minimum standard? (Meanwhile these were synthetic pitches and no big deal there). Won’t our general facilities get a lift for that? But the bid was subjected to ridicule everywhere on social media. Today they’re crying about a video from a previous competition.

@Pressman2040 A country that couldn't rebuild after the civil war till date. I don't see that same country doing anything tangible even in the next century. We have tried unity and it failed, how about trying other methods like division, just maybe.

I respect your right to imagine. But I will give you my honest answer as a soldier who serves under the same flag that defeated that rebellion. War is not won by imagination. It is won by logistics, strategy, and the will of a people to remain one. The Biafran engineers were brilliant, no doubt. They built what they could with what they had. But brilliance alone does not build a world power. Sustainability does. And after three years, the enclave was starving, surrounded, and out of options. You ask me to imagine a sovereign Biafra. I will ask you to imagine a Nigeria where every region stays, builds, and contributes. What we have achieved together as messy, frustrating, and painful as it is far outweighs what any secessionist state could have built alone. I did not take an oath to a tribe, religion or a region. I took an oath to the 🇳🇬 Federal Republic of Nigeria. That flag covers every square inch of this country, from the creeks of the South-South to the sands of the North-East. And while I wear this uniform, I will defend that unity. We can argue about marginalisation. We can debate restructuring. But wishful thinking about a defeated state from 55 years ago does not help the Nigerian who is struggling today. Build Nigeria, not fantasies of what could have been. 🇳🇬
Vivian Ifeoma@VivianIfeomaOj

If Biafra had succeeded, Africa would have a world power. Biafrans built tanks, jets, and gunboats from scrap. Imagine what Biafra would have achieved as a sovereign nation, imagine a sovereign Biafra.

He can sing about his current reality, not to sound like aguero and Evado or Zoro. At his age, she should be talking about his school struggles, wicked teachers, how he survived on mama nkechi’s akara 20 naira cos his parents are poor, and how he had to watch cartoon from a neighbors backyard window in their public yard.. There’s a whole lot of truth in his reality that he can rap about..

@Daygenius Empire is company that deals on distribution deals, just like in the days of obaino music. They sign a deal with an artiste, pay them upfront and globally market their crafts. E.g wizkid and asake joint album. It’s being marketed by empire. They are not into artiste management….

Nigerians are not organized or disciplined enough to run their own music business, hence why we need a foreign platform to help us manage our shit. It’s so sad. Even the great YBNL is managed by Empire. Chocolate City is Warner, Mavin sef doesn’t own majority of their shit. When will Nigeria be truly independent?
Daniel Scott Eleh@_daniellscott

“why are there so many nigerian artists under Empire? do they give very good contracts?” I have seen different answers to this.. - Creative freedom. - Mouth watering advance. - Execution is top notch. - Most artistes are just on publishing side. What exactly is it?
