As Nigerians, we all contribute to each other’s lives every day. Why then do we still cling to tribalism? An Igbo man falls sick and goes to a hospital. A Yoruba doctor attends to him, treats him, and helps him recover. A Yoruba man walks into a shop to buy food for his family. The rice, vegetables, or goods he buys were supplied by an Igbo trader. We depend on one another more than we realize. At the end of the day, our humanity should matter more than our tribe.

If a Yoruba or Igbo person is caught stealing or using human parts for rituals, does that mean all Yoruba or Igbo people are thieves or ritualists? Of course not.
