It’s with a destroyed heart that I say Bogey was peacefully laid to rest after 17 strong years. He comforted me when immeasurably depressed and received love all his life in return. He was a great cat and best friend with no flaws. I am devastated. I love you Bogart.

Had to cancel a trip to DisneyWorld because of Hurricane Milton and @AirbnbHelp is literally telling me I’m not entitled to a refund because Hurricane Milton is not a big enough natural disaster to have impacted my travel plans OR that I can keep my reservation, be at the Airbnb when the hurricane hits, and THEN I can ask for the refund after I’ve experienced a direct impact. Imagine telling your customer to travel INTO a dangerous hurricane in order to qualify for a refund. @DanGaskin
