Even if you grant fetal personhood, bodily rights still matter.
No person has the right to use someone else’s body, blood, organs and health without ongoing consent. We don’t force born people to donate marrow, blood or a kidney to keep another person alive.
Pregnancy doesn’t magically cancel that principle.

Abortion isn't about bodily rights. It's about (alleged) lack of fetal personhood. If the fetus is a person, i.e. a morally valuable human being, bodily rights don't begin to justify elective abortion. You can't make a person depend on you to live and then kill them for it.
