i’m not really happy with my app right now thinking about changing a lot: – pricing much lower – way shorter onboarding – more gamification – online mode to compete with friends and strangers – mascot – maybe even a free version (???) but i know this is probably just distraction so i’ll still spend 95% on marketing and improve the app step by step on the side :)

@levelsio @WHOOP Some people say that using sleep quality trackers get into their mind and they start feeling bad even when they have slept good or viceversa, what’s your take on that?

I wish I could edit my @WHOOP sleep data because today I took it off in my sleep at 4am so now it shows 33% sleep score and 2.5h of sleep but I actually slept till 11am and it was like perfect sleep. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I’m building a new SaaS. It already has 3 clients (~$100 MRR). How?? I just talked to people where I kitesurf. Turns out 3 of them had the same problem. I told them I’m a developer. They were willing to pay upfront. Now I’m building the solution. Not having an audience is not an excuse anymore. Just talk to people. And listen.

OpenClaw is more viral in China than in US. A month ago people were paying others to install it in person. Market price: $80. Now after the security scare, people are paying to have it uninstalled. Market rate: $50. funniest part: it’s the same people running both businesses.

After 5 months of going to the gym, I can finally see some visual progress that I'm proud of. 😁 These two photos are from 2 running competitions. One from 2024, and the other one from 2 days ago. I'm still 10kg+ overweight (working on losing that), but at least I have some visible upper body muscle now (and no braces lol)🤭

@iannuttall exactly, the most boring tool for a normal human will outperform any "revolutionary" AI product built for other builders we're so deep in the bubble we forgot most people just want something that solves their specific problem, they don't care about the tech behind it

If you get outside of the indie hacker, AI, maker tools for other makers niche this is much more interesting I have many shitty little vibe coded apps/sites that make ~$500 a month in niches you wouldn't know exist $300 MRR is equivalent of investing $36k+ at 10% annual return
