About a week ago, I tested the workflow from @aimikoda and made my own version of Jeddica. Now, I added a few more cuts, slapped a song of mine from Suno and decided to publish it. Made with Seedance 2.0 Fast on @Hailuo_AI and @dreamina_ai

Re…fresh…ing… | A Steampunk AI Comedy Short Film
I just launched a new short film: Re…fresh…ing… (approx. 8 minutes).
▶️ Watch here: youtube.com/watch?v=yvDrWP…
A worn riverside tavern on the Danube. A crew of stubborn old sailors. And one brass "Smart Waiter" robot that has read your profile, analyzed your liver, and politely refuses to pour you a beer.
It's a steampunk comedy about the day artificial intelligence walked into the pub, started "optimizing the database," and discovered that progress is a thing a man can roll back with a glass of water.
Based on a short story by Erdős Sándor. Directed by me, Valics Lehel.
The irony: it's an anti-AI film, and I made it, with full awareness of the irony, using AI. The voices, images and motion are all generated. So the film is both the joke and the proof of the joke.
How it was made:
• Frames: Nano Banana Pro
• Motion and video: Seedance, Dreamina (@dreamina_ai ), kie.ai
• Voices: ElevenLabs
• Edit and grade: Premiere
• Premiere PLUGINS VoxFerry (ElevenLabs), ClipFerry (Topaz bridge to Premiere)
The hardest part by far was the fight scene. AI still struggles with believable physical combat, so I drove the motion with real-world references and a "hologram" gag that turns the AI's weaknesses into the joke itself.
If an AI waiter refused you a beer and recommended lemon water instead, what would you have ordered?

@Starrworld24 Thank you so much. I hope the book lives up to the cover. I’d love to hear your feedback on the book too.
English

@lvalics Wow, your book cover is amazing! It’s incredibly intriguing and immediately makes me curious about the story. This truly stands out in the feed. I can really tell a lot of care went into it. Excellent work.

For years, my grandfather almost never spoke about the war. What came out came sideways. Across a kitchen table. On a winter evening.
The mine that collapsed around him.
A promise he made to God.
The faces he said he saw coming out of walls and pipes at night, years after he came home.
The way he would pick peas in his sleep, gathering them one by one with his fingers, whispering that each one was a treasure.
He was a man who made jokes, raised four children, and lived many happy decades. But his hands remembered things he never said out loud. I wrote a book for him. "Brotherhood in the Bitter Cold" is a historical fiction novel about five men walking home across a frozen wilderness after years in Soviet captivity. No map, no papers, no way to know if anyone is still waiting for them. It is about what people carry when they have lost everything else: memory, friendship, and the stubborn will to keep walking.
It is now available on Amazon, in Kindle and paperback.

If you read it, I would be grateful to hear what you think. And if it moves you, a short review on Amazon helps more than you know, it is how a small book like this finds its readers.

WINNER – Northwood Film Festival 2026 🏆
We're thrilled to announce that One Man's Land has been awarded Winner at the Northwood Film Festival 2026!
This film began as a vision to tell a powerful World War I story inspired by the courage, resilience, and legacy of Indigenous warriors. To see that vision recognized on the festival stage is an incredible honor.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the film, followed the journey, and believed in independent AI-powered storytelling.
This award belongs to all of you.

StoryBoard - turn your script into characters, reference images, and storyboards (free, private beta)
I have been building StoryBoard, a free pre-production workspace for indie filmmakers, comic creators, and video makers. Instead of juggling eight different AI tools where your main character looks different in every shot, you do it all in one place.
youtube.com/watch?v=nnhFJW…
What it does today:
- Scripts — write by hand or paste a chapter (PDF, TXT, DOCX); AI parses it into scenes and characters
- Reference images — multi-angle reference sheets for your characters, environments, and objects, kept consistent
- Voices — give each character a locked voice
- Blocking — stage your cast and props, then export a shoot-ready PDF
- Storyboards — generate storyboard frames with your references injected, so faces stay consistent shot to shot
Video generation is on the roadmap for later.
It is BYOK (bring your own API keys, pay providers directly, no markup), so the workspace itself is free. Right now it is in private beta, and it is free forever for the first 1,000 users.
Short demo video attached below.
Access here: storyboardbook.com
Would love your feedback. What would you want to see next?

@SrFrankius @dreamina_ai @Google @ElevenLabs @suno @img1 This is how a character sheet is looking, I always add this into the prompt as reference.

@lvalics @dreamina_ai @Google @ElevenLabs @suno @img1 Thanks it looks more natural than character sheet i'm using

"Re...fresh...ing..." — Artificial Intelligence in the Pub (Official Trailer)
#ArtificialIntelligenceInThePub #Refreshing #ShortFilmTrailer #DreaminaCPP @dreamina_ai
What happens when an unyielding sailor meets an overly cautious AI robot?
Step into the Half-Pipe, a weathered tavern resting on the banks of the Danube, where centuries of harbor tradition collide with the stubborn algorithms of modern technology. When the establishment introduces a "Smart Waitress" to streamline the bar, the local patrons quickly find themselves in a hilarious, high-stakes standoff for the right to order a simple cold beer.
Based on the short story by Erdős Sándor, "Artificial Intelligence in the Pub" is a comedic, atmospheric clash between human grit and corporate tech absurdity. The Full Short Movie Coming Soon.
