@scottwylie_no1 @lufthansa @KLM We fly a lot from Amsterdam to the USA, Delta had a partnership with them. 9/10 flight are carried out by Delta. Great staff with a lot of experience. Frankfurt is a further drive for us but a better connection.

@lufthansa is the worst airline in the world. Spent 7 hours calling to fix an error that was made because of advise they gave on the phone. Help desk lied and won't refund! We will inform our Expat community to continue to use Delta/KLM.
