@marcus what a mess I am in! Opened an account with a referral link thinking I was signing up for a $1500 bonus. No option to sign up for the bonus. Then I was told I was not signed up and too late. After two hours of calls they won’t let me move my money out!!!

@marcus I can't finish opening an account because it says my account is locked. Customer service hangs up on me and tells me there's nothing they can do. This has happened 5 times. Absolutely the worst banking customer service I've ever received.

@marcus The bonus tracker is not updating properly … how am I supposed to know where I stand without this? I have contacted CS via chat x 2 and am not convinced this will be resolved. My account shows tracker last updated 3/2 and CS says it should update daily at 6 p.m. ET

@marcus I opened my account using the ITIN last year. The customer service is saying that they are not able to pull my account. Totally scared for my deposits. The agent and supervisor kept me on hold again and again. Yet they couldn’t pull my account and offer any resolution.

If you try to link your Marcus account to a third-party aggregator app, and it fails once or twice, it could be a temporary technical issue, and you could try again later. It could also be a security protocol for fraud prevention that requires your 2-factor authentication in order to see your Marcus account on non-Marcus apps. If you continue to experience issues with linking your Marcus account or viewing updated balances and transactions, we recommend you reach out to the third-party application for support. Please note that sometimes those third-party apps may not pull the most recent account information from Marcus, so you may notice a discrepancy from time to time. Logging into Marcus app or click.marcus.com/s5ij directly will show your most up-to-date account information.
