@marcus I can't finish opening an account because it says my account is locked. Customer service hangs up on me and tells me there's nothing they can do. This has happened 5 times. Absolutely the worst banking customer service I've ever received.

@VTTeddyBear The teddy bear arrived and does not look very much as pictured and the eyes are placed very unevenly. I emailed support regarding an exchange but did not receive any response.

@stylevana_sv I placed an order on 3/24. Received shipping notice on 3/28 and the tracking still says not in the system on 4/7.

@TMobileHelp I have a negative balance for an account I closed. I can't sign in using guest pay. How can I receive this balance credit back?

@slomperpops @Marmot No. Still says processing and they just keep asking for information to find my order even though I've already given them a screenshot of the email order confirmation with the order number, name, address, etc.
