As for some of the absurd Polish statements about the UPA: around 450,000 Poles served under Hitler, including approximately 100,000 volunteers in the Waffen-SS. Like Russians, some Poles collaborated with Hitler and the Nazis, yet the only thing they seem to remember is the Volhynia tragedy and the UPA.
