@nextofficial went to your Teeside store this morning and queued for my order only to find it was given to another customer. Luckily the person you gave it to brought it back. You asked me for id what about the person you gave my order to? Staff didn't seem to be bothered!!

@Morrisons went to Thornbury to do some shopping at 19.30 and pick up a delivery only to be told the service is only open to 17.30. I regularly shop at this store shocking service!! Who do you know who gets out of work that early to pick up before 17.30?
