@CherylSchatz Christians can be oppressed but not possessed. The Holy Spirit is within the spirit of the Christian. It cannot be possessed. But the soul (mind will emotions) and the body can be oppressed by demons.

Will the Holy Spirit enter someone who is inhabited by a demon?
