Trump can solve two birds with one stone by simply saying "I need Paxton at AG."
It solves the brutal Texas Primary and gets a more hardliner, Trump type person at AG which MAGA will like.

@KeithGross @POTUS Just needs a ruling on who is under jurisdiction of the US. Which is a citizen, legal resident or slave as determined when amendment was written. Native American was added later by Congress. Being here illegally or on a visa doesn't count.
