I've completed my first pass through the Edrick Faust case and identified the O.C.G.A. § 24-4-412 issues as a strong ground for possible reversal. If I end up assisting in any appeals, I believe this would be my main area of focus.

What I’m the most shocked about is that Faust was convicted on ALL counts. It shows the logical fallacies that the State deliberately led the jury into. After a long day of deliberations, a Georgia jury found Edrick Faust guilty of all counts in relation to the cold case of University of Georgia law student Tara Baker. Faust murdered, strangled, and sexually assaulted Baker at her home and set it on fire on January 19, 2001.
