This doesnt really proof the authenticity that roblox themselves sent it, show the full email headers with personal information censored. Also why would your admin send (pic 1) and say he had access to the letter, then say (pic 2) even though (pic 3) says you cannot do this. To add onto that, "although we would be able to help wtih advice" (pic 4) also states you cant do that either and why would roblox say on behalf of roblox corporation if it is roblox themselves sending it

RoAppeal will no longer accept, prepare, submit, route, automate, or assist with Roblox moderation appeals, and all RoAppeal services will be terminated. We had already solved this issue about 2 weeks ago. We already had user connected emails (users connect their Gmail/Outlook/etc) for appealing working in a development version & were about to release them soon before we had to terminate all services. The RoAppeal team had all the technical abilities to continue.

@sophia728288 @roappealcom its because roblox rolled new system for appealing that u have to do 2 step verification with the owners email and cause of that roappeal will have alot issues.

It's 2026 you don't think AI is used in legal practice? (see americanbar.org/groups/law_pra…) - Not every C&D letter is the same - Undisclosed Recipients is so they can send the letter to multiple emails (5 emails in this case, which are also in the letter but redacted for privacy) > "Cease and desist letters are supposed to be threatening and formal, not casual or friendly" Again, not all C&D letters are the same > "Sharing a company email address like roblox@roblox.com is legal in both the EU and the US because it is not personal information" Whether or not roblox@roblox.com is considered personal information, Roblox clearly did not authorize that contact information to be shared publicly. The letter expressly warns against unauthorized sharing, dissemination, or misuse of the email address or contact information. Since Roblox provided and approved a redacted version for posting publicly, the unredacted contact information should be treated as not approved for public disclosure.

Roblox has a design flaw that can lock you out of your own account... forever. And it only takes a few clicks once someone gets in. Here's how it works: >they change your birthday to under 15 >Roblox then says the old emails on your account can't be used to manage it anymore >it asks for a "parental" recovery email, and the hacker just puts in their own Then it gets worse. >they get through Roblox's face verification >now your birthday is locked as "set by your parent" and can't be changed back So when you finally go to Roblox Support with your real info, they can't even confirm the account is actually yours. A Roblox news account said they reproduced part of this themselves, and that sketchy extensions have been using it to lock stolen accounts for a while now. Remove all sketchy extensions now. Roblox says they already fixed it. People are saying it's still happening. Would you even know how to get your account back if this was you? Stay safe!!!
