@andybudd I think Designers having a curiosity around strategy is a great thing. I find that few people are aware of the strategic choices leaders make or the enormous amount of work that goes into those choices. The insights that good strategy reveal can be incredibly useful for designers

Every designer wants to “do more strategy.” Few designers understand what “doing more strategy” actually entails. Even fewer have demonstrated any obvious aptitude for strategy. As such “do more strategy” really translates as “do less actual production work.”
