@silverberst @Ghost_RC_ @DeanTTraining How are squats bad for you? Just don't go super heavy and focus on good form while improving flexibility. Same with deadlifts. They build core. You don't need to go super heavy. I'm 31 and I do 4 sets of 205 deadlifts for 8-10 reps and it's made my lower back great lol

@DeanTTraining I stopped doing the big 3 lifts a few years ago. Zero benefit of doing them, especially post 30. Overly technical lifts that increase the risk of significant injury.
