You don't need to go super heavy. I'm 31 and I do 4 sets of 205 deadlifts for 8-10 reps and it's made my lower back great lol

@DeanTTraining I stopped doing the big 3 lifts a few years ago. Zero benefit of doing them, especially post 30. Overly technical lifts that increase the risk of significant injury.
