@flyspicejet @spicejetCOMPLEN Estimated departure time has been updated 9 times since last night but the executives says they don’t know when the flight will be taking off? Was booked for 9am and don’t know when or whether it would take off? THIS IS FRAUD and insensitivity.

You delivered wrong size product,I Returned it the very next day,20daysago. You claimed that I returned a wrong product ,cancelled the refund. I don’t get the money back and I don’t get what I paid for? Been contacting customer care,no help. Poor service.

Just had a terrible experience with @flyspicejet. Was charged for excess baggage despite following their policy, and their manager was extremely rude. To top it off, my flight was delayed by 2 hours. Very disappointed. Please address this issue and refund the unjust charges.
