@tebe155 Really invigorating! I was well able to pool swim but started with just 5 mins in a lake and built up small bit by small bit. You need a tow float. I don’t use a wet suit 😳

Tried Changing my swim stroke (after advice) this evening..In hindsight the pool and not the sea would be a better place to practice! Still knocked out 1.2K in choppy conditions so happy despite the speed 😬

Can’t beat a cup of fresh Indian chai every morning. Of course the peanut butter and toast is optional. Can’t believe I have a whole jar to myself as everyone else hates it. Anyone else love peanut butter ??
