Haaland has 1 goal (scuffer on the line) in his last 7, plays basically every minute, whole team built around him. Nick plays with wingers who can't cross, midfielders who are athletes rather than footballers and corner takers who cannot beat the first man. He has 1 bad half and Howe just hooks him, if he had played every minute of every game, was the main man, built around him (like Brentford do for Thiago, like Bournemouth do when they sign a big player etc etc) I think he'd be on 25-30 goals right now and we'd be top 5 and he'd be one of our most popular players we've ever signed. This summer should have been about the finishing touches of a team built around a 6ft8 German monster with the first touch of Peter Beardsley, instead we're going to let Eddie Howe spunk another few hundred million on athletes whilst all of our technical world class players fuck off to teams who pass the ball progressively forward. Eddie Howe is the best MAN I've seen in my lifetime at the club, absolute gentleman, but he's so far out of his depth tactically. Regis Le Bris or whatever the fuck he's called absolutely destroyed him yesterday and he had nowt, nowt in response and the saddest thing is that surprised nobody. Give this lot to Fabregas in an era where the prem is a shite standard and we and Nick will thrive.
