NOT US. NOT UK. NOT GERMANY. While our team is finishing the State of In-App Subscriptions 2026 report, here’s one early insight. The 3 countries with the highest subscriber LTV aren’t the US, Germany, or the UK. They are: Israel, Qatar, and Switzerland. Most apps don’t optimize for these markets individually. They’re grouped into EU or MEA tiers, and the premium signal gets averaged out. App makers are suppressing yield without realizing it. Switzerland’s average and median LTV are just 11.2% apart, not whale-driven. Qatar shows a strong willingness to pay with a tight spread. Israel has the highest average LTV with a large enough sample to trust. If you’re testing geo pricing, start with these 3. The data supports 15–20% above your current EU and MEA base prices. PRO TIP for running Meta Ads: do NOT create a facebook or instagram page with your explicit app name to run ads under. Unless you want swarms of copycats ripping your formats, hook videos, etc. It's happening to me w/ my small app (<$20k MRR, 5k+ downloads a month). A Singapore-based app studio doing $100k+ MRR and 200k downloads a month is doing this exactly to me. Copying every single feature I release, and every single ad / creative I make - even though they're doing 10-20x+ revenue compared to my app. I've tried reporting to Meta and they take down some of their videos, but they end up just replicating the same hook, CTA, everything verbatim with their own footage instead. This is just the (build-in-private) world we live in now; but sharing as advice to those looking to stay sane. Make your ad account VERY hard to track & find unless they come across it organically. Create a generic page name for FB/IG and don't mention the app name in the post itself (so it cannot be searchable on Google either). This will only get worse in 2026 IMO.
