Truck stopped for expired annual. Driver shows invoice for recent annual inspection. Invoice states: “Annual inspection FAILED: -Broken mirror -side belly box broken -Hydraulic Brake booster lines leaking” Guess what defects we found on the truck? Plates off, multiple charges.
