Equally, the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is the main backer so it’s understable…but a bit regrettable.

Tadej Pogačar won the very last Dauphiné: from now on the race will be known as the ‘Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes’. Bit sad IMO, both because of the history associated with old name & because it was one of those cycling oddities/anachronisms that are part of the sport’s mystique.

anybody know what's happened to cameron mason in this year's cyclocross? seems only to have ridden two races out of seven and not in the european championships after second place last year.

if you're a member of a four man track pursuit team and you win, everyone gets a medal. but if you're a member of a four man road race team and you win, only remco gets a medal. double standards?
