If you are a creator, it is best to pause any avatar or world updates that use Poiyomi shaders for now. Already installed local files are believed to be safe, but avoid downloading anything new until trusted staff confirm the situation has been resolved.

@notch It's because modern games are usually cpu or bandwidth bottlenecked because of gbuffers so they have to rely on frame gen to run well on average gpus. also to be fair, it uses the optical flow accelerator and tensor cores. but still, games need their renderers fixed

DLSS fundamentally makes no sense. Because the graphics card is too slow to run the game at reasonable speeds, you use THE SAME HARDWARE to run a neural network to generate frames in between the existing ones.
