Remember: - There's no such thing as eating "too little" to lose fat - Fasting doesn't cause fat loss, eating in a deficit does - Creatine is 100% safe for the kidneys - There is no upper limit to the amount of protein you will digest and use - Ignore your calorie burn (don't use it to estimate your daily intake)
