I'd recommend you look up some cases and just research it. What tipped me off years ago was the David Bisard case in Indianapolis. The guy was drunk - I think he blew like .25 three hours later - yet all 20 cops at the scene pretended that they had no idea he'd been drinking even with pictures of them talking to him closely. The reason they were pretending that was to invalidate the blood draw (complicated Indiana law) to try to get his case thrown out. The DA was in on it, too.

Minnesotans lost $9B in taxpayer dollars to just 14 Medicaid programs under Tim Walz’s administration. Today, every single Democrat in Rules Committee voted to block an investigation into that fraud. Absolutely disgusting.
