@NautilusCap @DonMiami3 It would be interesting to know the government deficit on each of those occasions. Because now it seems like a good opportunity to dilute it.

most players want to be on a whale's left. but the god seat is actually to their RIGHT. here's why: the table dynamics flip when a true whale sits down. players start limping from upfront, waiting for the whale to iso raise so they can limp raise. or, they limp with strong hands not wanting the pot to get too bloated so they can limp call. so if you're on the whale's left, let's say a few players limp and he raises, you 3bet the whale... now you get an EP limper who cold calls, or worse, limp 4bets, and you're in murky waters. if you're on the whale's RIGHT, you get to see what the entire table does after the whale raises/3bets before having to act. you just have so much more information and there's no longer anyone lying in the weeds. now, one GIANT caveat: don't be the asshole scrambling to seat change after the whale sits down. no EV gained from a seat change is worth upsetting a true VIP and making them leave, or not want to play hands with you. don't do this. but keep this in mind before they sit. could be helpful.

@EvnNF @PuntingStacks He's not calling the turn with 33, and he's not raising the river almost 10x with A3 for value. Besides that, a recreational player like he seems to be could even have 54o combinations, which greatly increases his value hands. So yes, very clear bluffcatcher.

It’s a great credit to Alcaraz and Sinner that their opponents know they have nothing to lose, so they go all-in and play with complete freedom. And it’s not easy to face players like that, attacking every ball, with no pressure and no fear.

Not gonna lie I’ve made probably a hundred bigger folds in my life than this Robl hand and seen a hundred bigger folds by others in my career. This still takes great awareness by Robl and credit to the fold but the absolute only reason he should ever call this river is so that all these fish he plays with will continue to play with him. That’s it. Sorry 😀

@TonySeverinoCMT @camelfinance I truly don’t understand why so many guys chose to trust so much Bitcoin price action and technicals — just focus on a variety of macro signals that may or may not impact Bitcoin

I said months ago that cycles said with all probability, this would be invalidated 3 months later, the indicator looks more bullish than ever and bitcoin has fallen ~40% I said back then, the powerful thing about cycles is they allow us to rule out the ideas that are most unlikely Needless to say, decode blocked me for pointing this out 💀

A while back I experimented with clustering flops in poker. I took the first layer of the GTO Wizard AI neural network, fed it into a t-SNE plot, labeled the clusters. After testing several formations I concluded out that the engine roughly categorizes spots into these distinct textures: 1) Monotone 2) Paired / tripled If a board isn't monotone or paired then: 3) Ace high 4) Queen high 5) King high 6) Jack high 7) Lower Boards 8) And there's a special Triple Broadway cluster at the intersection of unpaired flops. @GTOWizard
