@SunshowerTears @klarstrup I just feel that specifying "trans women" over just "women" adds nothing, especially when your other replies are literally "this is just something i've seen and i think it's the wrong order of operations"; expressing it "as a joke" doesn't change you saying it's your held belief.

Any septum issues that would arise outside of a lack of cleaning would be because of error on the piercer's part, and the piercing you're getting isn't going to draw the line on whether it's botched or not. Not to mention, easiest piercing to hide without taking it out.
