The vast majority of stalkers are men and the vast majority of their victims are women. There's little point in discussing "what makes a stalker tick" if that isn't the premise. It's male entitlement taken taken to the extreme, from a distance. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/04/0…

Zack Polanski tends to stand out because he is the only politician in quite a few years that has gone all in on, "let's be good people." We are so used to politicians rocking up and screaming, "I'm a right cunt. Watch me be nasty. You can be nasty cunt, too."

In Pride and Prejudice Mr Darcy speaks of "fifty miles of good road" and that's how you know it is set in the 1700s and not the present day. I haven't seen fifty miles of good road for a decade or more.

Farage's Reform has pledged to rip up legal protections for workers and renters - handing power to bad bosses and rogue landlords. The planned attacks include: • Taking sick pay, bereavement leave, and pregnancy protections off millions of workers. • Legalising fire-and-rehire and workplace discrimination. • Reintroducing "no-fault" evictions and reducing limits on rent increases. #StopTheSteal

@fesshole We definitely need to do more to protect the elderly from propaganda. Because it’s called “GB News” some people think that it’s a news channel.

Full time carer to a normally lovely older gentleman, he asked me recently to help him with his TV because his son had blocked GB News. Given he's reliant on an immigrant to survive, I decided I was doing him a favour by "trying" but failing to unblock it.

If someone says something along the lines of "it's not racist to like ice cream", their statement is true, but there's a 99% chance they're the kind of person who'd somehow find a racist way to like ice cream.

I know there's always ifs and buts and now is not the times, but can we just rejoin the EU already? This nonsense has gone on for far too long and done enough damage. The world is rapidly changing and we need to stop wasting time masturbating over the ghost of sovereignty.

‼️ The irony of Telegraph journalist wondering why the UK is hit harder by global shocks. Their beloved Brexit added friction, removed resilience, blowing 8% black hole in public finances. But the deeper problem runs back to their idol Thatcher and privatisation agenda which decimated industry and sold off our oil/gas and utilities to global markets, and weakened domestic food production. Brexit exposed these previous disastrous decisions and now we hurt more. Sovereignty is in fact about having control of energy and food and Europe provided shelter. Now we are out of Europe we are totally exposed.

68% of Britons now see the US as a negative force globally. Yet Starmer is doubling down on closer alignment. Ignoring the country is leading to disaster as more voters are tempted by populism.

We need a "working class history month". Remind people just where so many of our hard-fought rights come from and why those in power are so hell-bent on convincing so many people that minorities are the problem.

Think we've reached the point where it's more of a flex to have a crappy old car than a shiny new one. Shows you have your priorities straight. I work in car insurance and can confirm that the vast, vast majority of people with fancy cars have them on ludicrous finance deals
