I had a call yesterday afternoon to review the first 90 days at my new company. > 1st in client submittals > 2nd in interviews booked > 2nd in offers accepted / starts walking through the door I also broke the record of most offers accepted within the first 90 days for any new hire. How did I do it? 1. About half of my placements are found via LinkedIn Recruiter. They have an AI native search now vs relying on typical keyword searches. It's solid, but a lot of room to go. 2. The other half is found via @juicebox_work . It's my favorite took because it stack ranks the candidates for you based off the criteria, something LinkedIn and most ATS systems don't do. Instead of spending an hour sifting through candidates seeing who's the best, it literally does it for you. I'm running laps around everyone.
