This flooding opinion piece by @nrhoneajc is inaccurate specifically where it stated that “the peoplestown residents “refusal” to sell their homes prevented a key piece of the solution — another underground vault and a park and pond — from moving forward.”

Failure 2 adhere 2 the federal consent decree is the reason 4 continued flooding across ATL. The Peoplestown park/pond plan, curated by former DOW Commissioner & convicted felon J. Macrina was not a key feature of the decree & our resistance was justified! ajc.com/news/atlanta-n…
