Seedance 2.0 = 550+ videos a day Fully realistic UGC ads — cinematic lighting, natural movement, clean pacing — all powered by AI. UGC cost: $1 Production time: minutes Scale: basically unlimited I’ve got this crazy workflow running right now that creates, tests, and scales short-form ads automatically... nonstop. It’s already live and campaigns are scaling. If you want me to share the full setup, just comment “UGC”

@maxxmalist The wildest part is this is still early. 6 months ago these AI avatars looked like NPCs from a 2008 video game. Now they're passing the scroll test on TikTok. Building in this space right now and the quality jump month over month is insane.

this ad was created 100% with AI > no actors > no $2,000+ budgets > no waiting for days just a solid system, 20 minutes, and you can have an ad like this for as little as $10 what a time to be alive...

@ecomqn I built one lol UGCFirst — paste a product link, get a ready-to-post UGC video with captions. No editing, no creators, no back and forth. Biased obviously but it's the fastest path from product URL to TikTok-ready content I've seen.

@frankyecom Brooo! $7 in tokens vs a half-day shoot that costs $800 before editing. the math on AI UGC is becoming impossible to argue with

My v5.1 framework for AI UGC No actors, no set, no film crew, no setup or takedown. $7 in tokens and a concept to frame “Divine Sky” as the best. In 30 minutes you have an ad like this. Good looking couple, a trustworthy opinion and no overselling = conversion powerhouse $$$

@victorydchair the bathroom echo detail is what gets me. anyone can make a pretty face. very few people think about acoustic signatures. this is a different level of attention to detail.

@frankyecom This is exactly why I went all in building in this space. The old UGC model was broken, $150/video, 5-day turnaround, one shot to get it right. Now you iterate on creatives the way you iterate on code. Fast and cheap enough to actually learn what works.

Founders method using my 5.1 system AI UGC ads are my top performers now because of the creative freedom. I can spin narratives on demand with any mockup actor I want. And get an ad like this for under $10. From concept to launch in an hour… there’s nothing like it.

this is the part people miss ai didn't replace creativity — it made creativity the only thing that matters production used to be the bottleneck. now it's free. so whoever has the best hook, angle, and offer wins built ugcfirst.com for exactly this reason — automate the production so you can focus on the strategy

Controversial take but… Creativity is ALL you need to win in this AI era I try to refrain from speaking about AI because it feels like it’s all I talk about but It’s undeniably important in marketing right now I can’t even remember how tf I used to market without it now lol

My wife sent me this video. No clue it’s AI. I could tell immediately. Looked at the comments. 90% have no clue either. The owner is probably some kid making $5000+ a month from recipes. Can’t knock the hustle, but we’re so cooked.

same problem building multilingual ugc videos what i've found so far: elevenlabs multilingual v2 is the least bad for french but you have to feed it clean reference audio in the target language, not english the "shrill" thing is a pitch/cadence issue — most models train on english prosody and force it onto french phonemes fish.ai and parler-tts handle french diction better but the voice quality drops building this into ugcfirst.com right now — multilingual ugc ads for non-english markets. it's genuinely the hardest part of the pipeline if you crack a clean french workflow lmk, i'll trade you notes

the tell is always the hands and the way the mouth syncs on hard consonants but honestly? if 90% of viewers can't tell, it doesn't matter i build AI video tools for e-commerce sellers (ugcfirst.com) — the quality gap closes every few weeks we're past "can you tell it's AI" and into "does the viewer care" spoiler: they don't

the wild part is the economics these clips cost maybe $0.30-0.50 to generate vs $150-200 for a real creator and you can test 20 variations in the time it takes to brief one freelancer i built ugcfirst.com exactly for this — paste a product url, get a captioned ugc ad in minutes the "casual street convo" format is just one script template. the real unlock is volume.

hese tiktok shop ads are everywhere right now looks like a normal street clip 2 people talking, no setup, no production but it’s fully AI faces, delivery, timing all generated to feel casual they hook you with a simple convo then slide into the product no hard sell just “try this, it worked for me” and they’re pushing skincare on commission same script → different faces, locations, vibes one idea turned into dozens of clips daily that’s why they scale so fast rt + comment “shopai” and i’ll send the setup (follow for dm)

Seedance 2.0 is behind most AI yapper ads right now they don’t look like ads they look like someone just talking to their phone script → avatar → voice → finished video in minutes no filming, no creators, no editing delays ~$1 per video under a minute to produce infinite variations instantly same script, different faces same hook, slightly different angles suddenly you have dozens of creatives running this works for anything ecom, supplements, SaaS, digital, affiliate the edge now isn’t better ads it’s faster testing and more volume rt + comment “make” and i’ll send the full workflow (follow for dm)

$35k–$110k/month ad accounts are testing animated metaphor ads like this not ugc not influencers not typical product demos just everyday objects turned into characters water attacking stains toothpaste fixing damage shower washing it away it looks strange but your brain understands it instantly no explanation no voiceovers needed the visual metaphor does all the selling ai creates scenes characters and variations at scale same concept flipped into dozens of angles that’s why these creatives scale so fast rt + comment “metaflow” and i’ll send the framework (follow for dm)

@lukasenECOM $100 USA with 0 add to carts on a weekend is almost always a creative problem, not a market problem. Same product, different hook, completely different result. Australia's working. That's your proof.

Unpopular opinion: the "best" AI model is almost never the right one for production. Best = benchmarks. Right = cost, latency, reliability, and what happens when they deprecate it with 48 hours notice. Build around providers. Not models.
