@shauneng Scaling that quick that high is mostly about cash flow. How exactly is evolve helping with that?

Bro joined Evolve a few weeks ago. ⠀ TRIPLED his Ecom business since💀 ⠀ How can you watch someone chad scale like this and not take action? ⠀ Previous guy who hit $100k/day took a year. This guy did it in 60 days. Both with the same resources. ⠀ For some people, it takes time to click. For some, it comes much faster. ⠀ There's no guarantee when you'll see your breakthrough. ⠀ But if you execute relentlessly on the right things, it is inevitable you will see success. ⠀ The goal is to get rich for sure, not a 0.1% chance to do it quick.

Evolve bro spent an entire year overthinking every detail trying to scale his Ecom brand Then Chad scaled from 0 to $100k/day in 6 months The answer was the same the whole time: - Run better ads - Build a better team - Coach them like A-players - Execute fast ⠀ Two things he said that stuck: ⠀ 1) Coach your editors like they're A-players. Because they are. Most ecom brands treat editors as a minor part of the creative team. Then wonder why their creatives don't work Execution is where a lot of ads die My editors get paid more than most of your creative strategists. But they're so well trained on creative strategy and copywriting they can ship winning ads on their own. 2) Everything moves faster than you think (in both directions) Some dudes rip a store up fast. But they don't learn any skills, so they lose it just as fast. Building skills takes time. You're going to go through months of seeing zero results before you become an overnight success. Same with homie. 1 year in Evolve, overthinking everything. Then it all clicked. It's the basics that still print. The question is whether you can stay locked in long enough to keep executing without seeing results for months. This ain't a get rich quick scheme. The goal is to get rich for sure. Few.

there’s a concept on the rise on tiktok / ig rn that you’re going to want to test immediately ‘choose your partner for tonight’ it’s mostly creepy stories and uncanny vibes the reason it works is because the second they commit to a character they have to find out what happens next they're going to watch the same characters appear often so there's connection to them over different videos and story lines retention is strong it's an interactive experience with a new open loop choice every few scenes “now decide if you follow or stay where you are…” it counts down while you ‘decide’ then it decides for you anyway i’ve been taking that concept and applying it to health brands ‘if you choose [path a]… you [problem]’ walk them through the timeline of what would happen if they choose X, what they already know to be true, their own interpretation said back to them the second choice appears later as what happens if you choose the other path, the outcome ‘if you had chosen [path b]… x y z happens and [outcome]’ steal this format and profit before it gets rinsed here's one we did for neuaura

Met a guy in his 40s from Hong Kong last week. Chill AF. But boy, he is LOADED. Makes $200 mil+ a year in revenue with a few e-commerce brands. Doesn't give fucks about exiting those. That's not the goal. Only cares whether his brands can pay him $1+ mil a quarter in dividends. The only thing that matters. Then he reinvests that capital into the stock market and other investments. The reason he's able to extract money from his ecommerce business is that he runs on 85-day average terms with his factories. So he pays his factories for products AFTER he sells them. Great cash flow structure that very few eCom businesses have. He believes $10 mil liquid is what EVERY entrepreneur should strive for as a first goal in business. That's when you can start breathing and not giving a FUCK. True savage.

MATCH list = 5 years of no payment processors for you Many dont know what it even is so let me explain how you can stay off of it. The MATCH list is a list of terminated merchants that either had insanely high chargeback rates or triggerd other flags Mastercards ECM program kicks in at around 1.5% CB ratio plus 100 Visa is even worse due to VAMP (0.9% CB) So how can you avoid being hit by this? - answer to disputes as soon as possible as possible - use alerts - fraud prevention helps (address verification + CVV checks) - have clear billing descriptors - be transparent about shipping times Also its very important that you don’t lie about what you sell to the processor and always notify them if you switch products or start selling something new. If you sell high risk products (supplements, apparel, etc.) you should get on private processors and use a CRM to rout payments through multiple MIDs at the same time. This helps lower the CB % on each MID. If you are doing 100k+ per month, I can recommend private processors or CRMs that are best fit for your situation.
Rudolfs@ecomrudolfs

MATCH list is the one list you want to stay out of It means you can't apply for any processors with your name or the business entity attached to it. There is a way around this tho which is by using a nominee structure. But as always, get off SP!!

Bro, I'm cooking 30 static ads in 2 minutes with Claude. Yeah you can too. So can your competitors. So can every single mf in 2026. And the brands that didn't catch up just hired 5 more people to spam the same shit anyway. But here's the question you have to ask yourself: How many of them are converting? Like actually getting the majority of your spend. AI didn't kill the work, it just made people lazier. You still need to know whether — The idea is worth testing — The angle resonates with your avatar — The awareness stage is matching or not — The hook has any relatable emotion in it "But nahh I don't have time for it, I'm gonna ship 1,000 statics this week." Nice bro, 30 brands in your category will ship the same shit. AI can cook faster, but only you know what's worth shipping.

Just saw a customer charge back 1k worth of stuff that was delivered. Had VA check and he never emailed in either complaining. Instantly told my media buyer to run an ad with that customers phone number posing as a hot girl looking to rate guys size. Then I had him run another posing as a chad looking for gay guys. Try scamming me and u will lose access to your phone from how many DPs get sent. Dont care if it costs me money I get enjoyment knowing their # is cooked

Got connected to a 33-year-old Saudi guy through our WhatsApp community who sells collagen supplements across the Gulf region. $1.8M/month across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. One product. One funnel. Arabic-language ads. He told me something that completely reframed how I think about the Middle East: "Americans think of the Gulf as one small market. It's not. Saudi alone is 36 million people with the highest beauty spending per capita in the region. The combined Gulf states are 60 million people with more disposable income than most European countries." His CAC across the Gulf: $18 on a $95 AOV product. Saudi Arabia's ecom market hit $31 billion in 2026 and is growing at 12% annually. 99% internet penetration. 78% 5G coverage. The government's Vision 2030 initiative is literally building the infrastructure to make ecom easier — better logistics, faster payments, customs reform. He runs the ads himself. Has a customer service team in Riyadh and a 3PL in Jeddah. Total team: 5 people. His advice: "If you can get Arabic translation right — and I mean RIGHT, not Google Translate — the Gulf market will print for you. The spending power here is unreal and the competition from Western DTC brands is almost zero." If you have Arab friends or family — put them on this. The Gulf ecom market is growing at double digits and almost nobody from the Western DTC world is there yet.

Nobody in ecom is talking about India. They fucking should. 1.4 billion people. The largest Facebook user base on the planet. Meta CPMs at $0.50-$2 in most health and beauty niches. India's ecom market hit $147 billion in 2026 and is growing at 18-20% CAGR — one of the fastest rates of any major economy on earth. The D2C market alone is projected to reach $60 billion by 2027, growing at 40% CAGR. India just surpassed the US as the world's second-largest e-retail market with 270 million online shoppers. And here's the part that's crazy: a massive chunk of the population speaks English. That means your US funnel doesn't need translation. You need a price adjustment, a local payment gateway (UPI handles 50% of all ecom payments there), and a fulfillment partner in Mumbai or Delhi. A friend told me he launched a US skincare product into India last quarter. Same landing page. Same ad structure. Adjusted the price from $89 to $29 for the Indian market. US CAC: $44. India CAC: $6. The margins still work because COGS and fulfillment in India are a fraction of US costs. He was profitable on day 3. The objection I always hear: "The AOVs are too low." Sure. Your AOV drops. But when your CAC is $6 and your COGS is $4, a $29 AOV product still prints. The volume makes up for everything. This isn't a market where you sell 1000 units a day. It's a market where you sell 10,000. The beauty and personal care market in India is projected to hit $30 billion by 2027 — the fastest-growing BPC market among all major economies. And almost nobody from the US DTC space is running proper funnels there yet. If you are Indian in the USA or have Indian friends, this is legit one of the best fucking markets to tap into. You already understand the culture, the language, and the consumer psychology. That's a cheat code most ecom entrepreneurs would kill for.
