1. Get rid of Volpe, McMahon, Bird, Blackburn, and Yarbrough. Prob Wells and Doval too
2. Trade for a 3B and/or SS
3. Trade for a RHH C
4. Trade for 1 or 2 RPs. Lagrange, Weathers, Yovanny Cruz will help too

Aaron Judge: Potential Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). TOS is serious. There are multiple types. Rare in position players. Jared Walsh and Mike Zunino are examples. More common in pitchers. Recovery 9-10 months. Most never fully return to pre-injury ability, despite surgery.

Quietly Jose Caballero has been putting more competition at the SS position:
.278 AVG, 3 HR, 11 RBI, .316 OBP, .749 OPS
He keeps this up when Volpe gets back, we have a real battle on our hands 👀

@YankeeSource So Volpe hits 19 homers and 72 RBI’s in what you would consider an atrocious season. Caballero wouldn’t do that in his best season. There are things caballero can do that volpe can’t but doesn’t mean he’s better.

5th highest fWAR on the team in that span.
There’s nothing unhinged about fans wanting a player who has played well in pinstripes to get more playing time over someone who has been a liability for the team for quite a while now.
