@DmHapur मैं अमित कुमार उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, कृषि भवन, नई दिल्ली में अवर सचिव के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ । मैंने २०१५ में HPDA की आनंद विहार योजना में एक आवासीय प्लॉट खरीदा था जिसके निर्माण का विचार करके अपना नक्शा समस्त जरूरी काग़ज़ों के साथ ऑनलाइन जमा किया गया। मैंने अपने स्तर पर टाउन प्लानर को भी अवगत कराया । प्रथम बार आपत्ति में बताया कि कागजों में कुछ कमी है जोकि थी ही नहीं । फाइल फिर से जमा की गई, जिसे एक स्तर से दूसरे स्तर तक घुमाया गया और लगभग २० दिनों में पुरानी टिप्पणी करके वापस लौटा दी । इस तरह से मेरे घर के सपने को अपनी मनमर्जी से चलने वाले जूनियर इंजीनियर, टाउनप्लानर आदि के कारण रुकावट से अत्यंत दुख पहुँचा और साथ ही ज्ञात हुआ कि सिस्टम में सुधार अत्यंत मुश्किल है। अब आवेदन स्वतः ही निरस्त हो चुका है और मेरे फीस सहित समस्त प्रयास जीरो हो चुके हैं ।

@savelifeindia Totally agree. We strongly advocate atleast 40 hours mandatory training and a written test before issuing a driving license to anyone. This training period may vary upto 120 hours depending on the type of license. This trng may be a part of test not the part of learning driving.

The most common type of fatal crash involving a two-wheeler is, a collision between two two-wheelers, which accounts for ~36% of all two-wheeler road crash fatalities in India. (bit.ly/4qO27GQ) As such, there is an urgent need to include two-wheelers in speed-related penalties and improving enforcement systems for detecting two-wheeler number plates (at present, automatic number plate recognition cameras often fail to read two-wheeler number plates). Further, @savelifeindia recommends a revamp of the driver licensing system such that it prioritises competence and safety readiness by mandating the completion of at least 60-70 hours of accredited rider training - covering both practical handling and risk awareness. The Union Cabinet has approved two major highway projects with a total investment of ₹20,668 crore. These projects aim to strengthen national infrastructure while delivering improved mobility and economic benefits, particularly for the middle class. A key approval is the six-lane, access-controlled Nashik–Solapur Expressway under the Mumbai–Chennai corridor, involving an investment of ₹19,142 crore.
