@nationalrailenq @TLRailUK My ETA to London was 1:51pm but I’m still stuck at Preston Park station. I had a reservation at restaurant for 2:45pm. Due to the delays, I had to cancel my reservation and get charged £35/pax for the cancellation fee. This is very annoying - waste of time and money
