So we've launched our new 'Aniar Academy' @aniargalway to teach kids ages 15-18 how to cook and experience the industry over a six week course. Classes take place on Saturdays 10-2pm and are limited to six people.
These classes can be a stepping stone to becoming a chef or simply learning a little more about how to cook.
