In Jan 2021, the IPC Cell held a ‘Huddle’ meeting to discuss the mounting pressures. The minutes of the Huddle included the following: “…there was a document published advising that Covid could be transmitted via the airborne route… This has been removed from the guidance.”

Since the November tribunal inspection, what appeared to be hurried repairs in the common areas are already starting to fail.
This follows a pattern of issues being addressed ahead of inspections, only to re-emerge afterwards. Others can draw their own conclusions.
The final image shows a window ledge I pressed in front of the judge — it collapsed instantly, like a Crunchie.

Absolutely wild scenes that I, having been diagnosed with ADHD at 14, have to join a 5 year waiting list for a new ADHD service because I moved borough. My GP cannot prescribe medication until I'm on the new books. Under-resourcing doesn't just impact those awaiting diagnosis !

Unclear why we have seperate ambulance services in the UK for doing anything other than patient transfer, how does this work for insurance, liability or complaints purpose and is the training DBS checks equal to nhs?

I cannot see a single investigative reason for Ian to be still there for that amount of time. We train weekly that any length of time is something that causes great suffering to families. The protocol is tent, investigation, rapid dignified removal - what went wrong here?
