Dear Sir, this case should not go the route of ‘unduly lenient’ because the judges will respond with the same outputs. This should be a ‘full case review’. As you know the Nottingham attacks went down the ‘unduly lenient’ route and because it didn’t examine the actual evidence that was made original case. It failed. People at the grass routes want to see fair justice not legal technicalities and a failed case. Back to basics law; if our country is to have confidence in judges and the legal system.

@Americano16797 @Iromg Under a dysfunctional NHS and Nottinghamshire Police who failed my brother Ian, Grace and Barnaby because they didn't do their jobs and then tried to cover up their failures, nothing whatsoever to do with Politics.

@NMBLAKE The joys of following the Garibaldi, a few occasions this season when I thought we'd lost the plot, but it worked out fine in the end.

Now the #NottinghamInquiry is exposing things which cannot be denied and were known about all along but little discussed, it's quite weird to see how many people's flags are flying in a direction not seen previously on what is needed from here. In policing and in mental health.

“Proper funding is a must”, ironic statement. In my 30 years in the NHS there has never been enough funding. There never will be. I tell you what’s a novel idea, how about people in mental health just do the jobs that they are paid for. In Nottingham every staff member at every level simply didn’t do their job and I’ll be surprised if this isn’t universal across many mental health trusts. Personally I’m a bit fed up with NHS leaders making excuses and blame funding. All levels of staff in mental health do the basic jobs they’re paid to do, like make notes, do risk assessments etc etc on all patients with hx of violence and realise the responsibility for keeping public safe and not be victims of mental health related violence is the responsibility of treating psychiatrists. They are like every other branch of medicine liable for their patients behaviours if related to taking or not taking treatment. Time to take the responsibility with care in the community. You cannot advocate for a greater level ‘of least restrictive options’ and then take no responsibility. Can’t have it both ways. There is no place for ‘lazy’ psychiatry as has been evident. There is no place for ‘crystal ball’ psychiatry as has also been made evident. Do the job and take responsibility. I’d like to hear from you at the Nottingham Inquiry. @nottsinquiry @jamesmurray_ldn @DHSCgovuk @hundredfamilies

Let’s talk about accountability. Let’s talk about repercussions. Let’s talk about consequences. Let’s talk about candour. The failures across every agency are so wide reaching that it’s hard to convey just how bad they are. But one by one we will address them all. However long that might take. #nottinghaminquiry 💛💚

Nottingham Trust should have 'challenged' Nottinghamshire Police on not being able to contact families bereaved by the Nottingham attacks for six months. Least of their many sins……they failed from top down. From board to ward all failed @oliverpridmore @bbcmtd @ITVCentral @SkyNews

@Apuuli_Royal @eyiahevans_ @footballontnt When you witness the bad decisions from the PGMO and VAR in real time you'll realise how they've destroyed the game, but that would mean attending a game and not following the crap coverage served up by TV who are cheerleaders for the so called big 6.

@PhilCoates9 @Apuuli_Royal @footballontnt So what's your problem? I guess you haven't watched even 10 of Arsenal games. I am a Chelsea fan but this season I have watched almost all Arsenal matches and I know what I am talking about
