@Kelz_Hoop Thanks for signing!!! So glad you can get some big bucks for all your amazing heart and effort. I'm sure you could have got longer than 1 year elsewhere, but this generously gives team flexibility. You are valued!!!

@ApexJones22 Lol... Prediction Caitlin Clark will improve her 2026 over 2025 stats by more than: shooting 5.5% and 3p by 6.5%. Angel Reese will not. Doesn't take a BB brain to know Caitlin was injured pre-season, so was coming off injury or injured for most of the 13! games.

DID YOU KNOW? Angel Reese improved her fg% more than 6 percent in year 2 while Caitlin Clark’s already bad rookie % dropped 5.5 percent while her 3p% in year 2 dropped 6.5% Caitlin Nation loves talkin shit about Big 5 but yall told us CC was the greatest shooter ever. She has yet to even show that she’s an above average WNBA shooter 🤷🏾‍♂️

@crashoutking1 Interesting and useful, quite a few surprises to me (JJ higher attempts than I expected) but wouldn't filtering for 2pt and D be the first pass, then 3pt a really, really nice to have? e.g. Chloe was let go for her D.

@hrvitz @hjluks IMO not a horrible idea. Reduce inflammation, then can use exercise to rehab appropriately. Exercise/movement while inflamed can easily lead to further inflammation... this is why it hurts, because it is "bigger" and often being pinched or jammed.

@hjluks Excellent illustration. When I met my orthopaedic last week, he asked me to look at large screen behind him (google page); this is your problem, then: use this anti-inflamatory for 30 days. Horrible.

Pain on the outside of your shoulder is also one of the most common problems I see in my practice. Lifters get it. Swimmers get it. Pickleball players get it. People who haven't lifted their arm overhead in years get it. For decades, we called it impingement and blamed a bone spur. That led to many unnecessary bone removal surgeries. We were treating the wrong thing.

@nosyone4 Pretty shocking? IMO Fever can't win without a 2 guard equal or greater than KM and they aren't going to be cheaper or more pro-Fever and pro-CC than KM??? Don't we have to win now while CC and AB still on rookie contracts?

Fever team going forward is gonna be CC and AB as the two to build around, core and trade KM in a package that should yield at least a first round pick, this gives flexibility to give mid level contracts to very good players at a few spots. I’ll take that duo over anyone itl

@Codie_Sanchez Great if the continuous 90+ days with matching humidity doesn't have any value, lots peeps live in Florida, Arizona, tropics etc. For those that value CA weather and demographics, it might be the tax tail wagging the dog???

Why I’d live in Austin over SF any day: - Cost of living: 30-50% lower than SF, NY, LA - State income tax: 0% - A household earning $200k keeps $15-20k more per year in Texas - Oracle, Tesla, Apple, Google all moved or expanded here SF still leads in AI. But if you want to buy something, own something, and build wealth without giving it back to Uncle Sam… Austin is the most rational financial decision on the map right now. *Also fewer socialists so that’s a win.

When we make offers, we put our best foot forward right from the start. If the seller wants $12M, and we can pay $11.2M, we offer $11.2M - and we are very candid that "this is the best we can do." In the majority of the time, the message is understood - NOT in the Los Angeles area. No matter what we do. No matter what we say. No matter how many times we repeat "this is our bottom line" -- they ALWAYS send a counter. And they ask how much more room we have in our price. No matter what, it seems that in Los Angeles, more than anywhere else in the US, everyone thinks the other side is lying to them.

Dr. Roger Seheult just shared a mind-blowing Swedish study (Melanoma in Southern Sweden cohort, ~30,000 women followed 20+ years): Women who actively sought sun exposure had dramatically lower death rates from cancer, heart disease, and everything else. The jaw-dropper? Sun avoiders faced roughly double the overall mortality compared to sun-lovers. Even heavy smokers who got plenty of sun had mortality rates similar to non-smokers who shunned it. Sunlight linked to longer life—despite skin cancer risks—likely via vitamin D, nitric oxide, immune boosts, and more. Yet mainstream advice still screams "avoid the sun." This flips the "sun = danger" narrative hard. Are you getting enough midday sun (safely), or still slathering on SPF 50+ year-round? What's your routine & how's it feeling? Honest replies below—let's compare real results.

Given the full context of this throw (playoff game, they 100% lose if this isn’t converted, they ended up winning, etc.), this has to be one of the very best plays in recent NFL history.

Average earnings for a male full-time worker with a bachelor's degree, ages 25 to 34 was $101,600 in 2024. For a woman it was $83,460. So a young, avg married couple with undergrad degrees is earning $185K Keep that in mind when someone tells you median household income is $84K

Does good quarterback play even matter in the NFL anymore? 1. Caleb Williams is 24th in Passer Rating, behind Michael Penix, Kyler Murray and JUSTIN FIELDS - but the Bears have the best record in the NFC 2. Brock Purdy is 26th in Passer Rating, but the 49ers are 9-4 3. Bo Nix is 32nd in Passer Rating, behind Spencer Rattler! But the Broncos are 10-2 4. Trevor Lawrence is 38th in Passer Rating, behind Tyler Shough, Davis Mills, GENO SMITH and Carson Wentz but the Jaguars are 8-4 5. Yet Goff, Dak, Mahomes, Burrow are NOT in Playoff spots right now So what, exactly, is going on? Is the quarterback position now being devalued in the NFL?

@FB_FilmAnalysis Well didn't Mendoza start all last year, any pro-Arch would have to be pure speculation. Now Arch has half as many starts Nate can see the Arch trajectory???

Nate did the work and put Mendoza at QB1 before everyone and people don’t trust he did the work on Arch just because people closed the door on Arch early?
