Time management is overrated. Energy management is the whole game. I used to pack my calendar wall to wall and wonder why nothing real got done. 8 tired hours lose to 3 sharp ones. Every time. The thing is: Your best work doesn't come from more hours. It comes from guarding the few hours you're actually sharp for. - Real work in my first clear hours - Breaks that are actually breaks - Sleep treated like it counts - Junk tasks when I'm fried Quit counting hours. Start protecting energy. That's the number that pays.
