@thijsmakes cool idea for your game. You can leave some of the parts on the roomba rather than batching all of them together so when players crash into each other parts fall off

@thijsmakes @thijsmakes made this with one prompt, gemini 3.1 pro is really good at making models. Just ensure that when you are finished, use geometry batching to reduce draw calls per frame and give a huge performance boost

@thijsmakes I had worse performance with 3d models than without, but you could also use gemini to make the asset in three.js and export it as a gltf

Worked on my #vibejam game for 1-2 hours today. It's really coming together, I'll add all the gameplay elements then work on visuals and other refinements. May add an editor mode to add custom entities and stuff once #vibejam is over
