Istg that it's become harder and harder over the years to find accurate dosage information for most substances through Google. They don't seem to care much about harm reduction, aside from giving you the info for the suicide prevention hotline.

@Morpheeek But it's enjoyable at times, just hit or miss. Concentrates (especially distillate) are usually better for me, since there's less variation in effects compared to different stains of flower, and usually feel smoother.

@Morpheeek Yeah. Smoked a ton of weed as a teen/early 20s. Had bad baseline anxiety, self-medicated with benzos for years (terrible idea). Weed was fine on benzos, but after getting clean 3+ years ago, weed still often makes me anxious even though my anxiety is way better now.

@limitlesstack caffeine + l-theanine + kanna for daytime use, mulungu + magnesium for nighttime use. And good nutrition.
