💥 The DHS agents at the Portland ICE Facility snuck up on ANTIFA from the side and surprised them not knowing if they were ICE or the Portland Police... the domestic terrorists then did their usual yelling and screaming while Pam Hemphill stands there in heaven filming it ~ also a special appearance by DJ Dipshit Portland ICE Protests 07.11.26

@TheJFreakinC Calm down, you hysterical retards. The father was NOT a US citizen. ICE had an administrative warrant, which is perfectly legal. Other family members were arrested because they were interfering in the arrest. You clowns are the worst.

“What should I actually do to improve my sleep?” Here are 8 things that improved my sleep more than any supplement or gadget I have ever tried. Morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking. This one change sets your entire circadian clock for the day. It tells your brain when to produce melatonin 14 to 16 hours later. Last caffeine before noon. Caffeine has a half-life of 5 to 6 hours. A coffee at 2pm means caffeine is still in your system at midnight. You may fall asleep. You will not sleep deeply. Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Digestion raises core body temperature and insulin. Both block sleep onset. Cool your bedroom. 65 to 68 degrees. Your core temperature must drop for deep sleep to begin. No screens 60 minutes before bed. Blue light suppresses melatonin. Read a book instead. Consistent sleep and wake times. Even on weekends. Your circadian rhythm does not know it is Saturday. If you wake at 3am, try adding a small amount of carbohydrate to dinner. Very low carb can deplete liver glycogen overnight. The liver panics and dumps glucose. You wake up wired. A small amount of carbs prevents that. And if you snore or your partner says you stop breathing, get a sleep study. That is not a suggestion. That is a priority. Sleep apnea nearly doubles cardiovascular risk and most people who have it do not know. One bad night of sleep drops insulin sensitivity by 25 percent the next day. That is not my opinion. That is a study in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology. If you are not sleeping, you are not healing. Save this. Put it on your nightstand.

🚨 𝔾 ℍ 𝕆 𝕊 𝕋 𝔹 𝕀 𝕃 𝕃 𝕀 ℕ 𝔾 Taxpayer funds are being pillaged. NY adult daycares have funneled $2.4B in Medicaid, billing for "ghost" patients in facilities that don't exist. With $285M in blatant waste, this isn't just failure—it's a calculated, systemic heist.💲💸

Must read exposé: “How Progressive Class Warrior Ro Khanna Lives Like the Oligarchs He ‘Fights,’ With In-Home Elevator, $190K Range Rover, and Family-Owned Golf Courses.” “Rep. Ro Khanna (D., Calif.) has emerged as a potential contender for the Democratic presidential nomination while denouncing the ultra-rich who "hoard wealth and engage in financial speculation." But the progressive, Silicon Valley congressman and his family live a life of staggering luxury, fueled by dynastic wealth they did not earn and protected by the same thicket of trusts, anonymous corporations, and foundations that Khanna condemns. Khanna lives in a $6 million, 8,000-square-foot luxury home with a four-story elevator and so much premium marble that even the two laundry rooms have marble counters. The Northwest Washington, D.C., home is now for sale, as the Khanna family prepares to move to an even larger, more expensive house a few miles away in the Northern Virginia suburbs. Khanna’s two children, who are minors, have large ownership shares in three private golf clubs, a significant stake in a $65 billion wealth management firm, and investments in hedge funds that focus on distressed debt, of which Khanna has been critical. Khanna’s wife drives a $190,000 Range Rover she was so displeased with that she sued the dealer.” freebeacon.com/democrats/ro-m…

His body was recovered two days later. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says it suspects drowning and is still investigating. The state autopsy is complete, but results haven't been released. None of that stopped Ben Crump and Reverend Al Sharpton from flying the family to New York for a press conference before the official cause of death was even public. Crump told the cameras law enforcement “𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥” with the case and vowed the family would “𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘕𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘯 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘴’ 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘯.” Crump has ordered an independent autopsy — funded, he says, by Colin Kaepernick — while Tyler Perry is covering the funeral. This is the 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤: book the cameras and declare a cover-up before investigators have released a single conclusion. If the facts eventually show foul play, the family's grief and anger are entirely justified. But Crump and Sharpton didn't wait to find out — they held the press conference first and let the 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 catch up later. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝.

FRAUD 🚨 Remember when Gavin Newsom gave that free diapers contract to the Baby2Baby NGO ran by his wife Jennifer Newsom’s friend CBS Los Angeles put in records requests for the contract details and bids and Gavin Neswsom won’t release it - CBS requested the contract and related records including competitive bid scoring sheets on May 12, 2026. 4 days after the announcement - Governor’s office sent them to California Health and Human Services - That agency sent them to another agency) Legally, they had up to 10 days to respond on disclosure, but that doesn’t stop them from not releasing it - California filled a first extension under an unusual circumstances clause - After 10 days, invoked a clause for another 14 days to decide on disclosure This is already 24 days to even confirm they were disclosable - They delayed again and promised copies in 3–4 weeks after that decision - On the due date of July 3, the state requested another 2 weeks - 56 days since the request, the state still is refusing to provided the executed contract, procurement packet, scope of work and bid scoring sheets Again, this was all supposed to just be simply provided within a few days Only one reason for this, massive fraud and money laundering

BREAKING 🚨: A DOGE member reveals the Department of Education had a $4B C*VID fund, and people were taking that money and using it to rent out Caesars Palace and stadiums for parties. “And so the one change that DOGE made… was we had the simple requirement that if you draw down money, you must first upload a receipt.” “And upon [enacting this policy], nobody drew down any money anymore.”

Nothing says “we’re a serious national history museum for families” quite like putting a sadomasochistic crotch harness and a “trans nonbinary” chest binder on display while a six-year-old’s diary entry about praying every night for her penis to grow sits nearby. That’s not some rogue progressive art gallery in Brooklyn. That’s the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. The same place that decided Mickey Mouse carries the “vestiges of longstanding traditions of blackface minstrelsy,” the ukulele is a tool of American imperialism, and the Wild West was just white people turning Indigenous subjugation into dinner theater. They also spent 20% of the Benjamin Franklin exhibit asking visitors whether he conducted electric shock experiments on slaves ... with literally zero evidence ... because apparently one of America’s greatest minds needed to be retroactively smeared to make the narrative work. Meanwhile, they elevated Angela Davis, the Marxist who ran for vice president on the Communist ticket and was on the FBI’s Most Wanted list after an armed courthouse takeover that got a judge murdered. Rational thinking and hard work? Those are now listed in their official museum toolkit as symptoms of “White Supremacy Culture.” Christopher Columbus is a murderer, slaver, and thief. The Pilgrims were colonizers. Thanksgiving is a National Day of Mourning. And if you’re a parent walking your kids through this place expecting actual American history, the White House report basically suggests they should post a warning label at the entrance: “Exhibits prepared by people who don’t want you to love your country.” This is the flagship. This is what they chose to do with one of the most important civic institutions in the country. And they’re shocked that someone finally wrote it all down in a 162-page report. (article below)

I’m going to blow your mind. Are you ready? Hold on tight! Dr. Oz and Nick Shirley just walked a single block in NYC and found double-digit pharmacies. Dr. Oz: “I don’t think you could go anywhere in America and think this was normal unless there was a cash cow business feeding it.” Nick Shirley: “All these people need is a medical beneficiary number, and that is worth more than any credit card that a senior can give anybody.” Dr. Oz: “Some of the drugs in these pharmacies cost more than a car. Think about that.” What the hell is actually going on here?

Hamas leader Fathi Hammad torched the biggest lie in the Middle East. He admitted that the so-called “Palestinians” are not indigenous at all — they’re Arab Muslims who invaded and settled in the Land of Israel from Jordan, Egypt, Syria, and every surrounding country. There was never a “Palestinian people.” Only opportunistic Arab-Muslim colonizers who invented a national identity to wage Jihad on the Jews. The left’s entire narrative was just destroyed — by one of their favorite terrorists. This is the red-pill truth they’ve been trying to bury for decades.

I asked my followers and truth seekers what they wanted me to cover next. The most common request: “Where do I start?” Start with your blood. But not the blood test your doctor is running. Here are the 10 root cause markers that actually tell you whether insulin resistance is building, inflammation is rising, and your metabolism is breaking down. Most standard panels test glucose and cholesterol. That is like checking the oil and ignoring the engine. Print this list. Bring it to your next appointment. Ask for every test on it. That conversation is the beginning.
