47 days. That's how long it took our client to go from brand new resume ➞ brand new job. This is how we helped her land a job in no time: ➩ Interviewed her one on one ➩ Gathered info on goals ➩ Gathered info on background, experience etc. ➩ Drafted a new resume that reflected her value proposition She bit the bullet, made the investment, and landed a job less than 2 months later. That may be a new record—woot woot!

@made_in_cosmos My kids (3.5 yo and 1.5 yo) both sleep at 7 pm, wake up at 6 am. We started early with them. Like another person mentioned, turn off lights in their room etc., but also stay consistent, and start slow (roll it back 15 min every couple weeks).

I don't understand how people put their kids to bed at 7pm. The earliest I ever managed was around 8ish, and then they started waking me up at 5am. Now I gave up and they sleep around 10-7. Everyone tells me little kids need much more sleep, but mine must have missed the memo.

Restaurants like this deserve to go out of business. If your can't pay your own employees you deserve to go bankrupt and shut down. They tried adding the gratuity to the receipt…

I don't think y'all realize how incredible the visuals are in Halo Campaign Evolved. This is one of the, if not THE best looking FPS game I've seen. It's actually wild to experience it first hand.

Mark Carney told Canadians we could judge his government by the prices at the grocery store. This package of four rib steaks for the BBQ at Costco … $142.56. Before the usual fact-checkers jump in: ✔️ Yes, it's Costco. ✔️ Yes, it's bought in bulk. ✔️ No, it's not filet mignon. That's exactly the point. Costco built its reputation on helping families stretch their grocery dollars. Today, even buying in volume has become unaffordable for many. For someone earning minimum wage in British Columbia, this package costs almost an entire day's pay before taxes. The issue isn't steak. The issue isn’t buying Chuck over Rib, or needing to make cold cut sandwiches instead of steak at your Canada Day BBQ. The issue is that more and more Canadians walk into a grocery store, look at the price tag, and have to walk away from the purchases they could afford, one year ago. Mark Carney said we could judge him by grocery prices. One year later, what's your verdict?

My son is three years old. For the past two weeks he’s been at a summer camp a few hours a day. The teachers have complained to my wife three times already. Here’s what they reported: He pushed another kid. He didn’t sit still when told to. He tried to leave the room when they said no. He can’t stand in line. I’m not exaggerating. Grown adults pulled my wife aside, three times, to report that a three-year-old acts like a three-year-old. They warned her that if he doesn't change his behavior then he can't continue attending the camp. Maybe we should medicate him. Fix the defect of being a small boy with energy and a will. He won’t be going back. I don’t want people like this anywhere near my son. A civilization that pathologizes a toddler for refusing to sit in a line can't raise men willing to stand and defend it.

McDavid is watching Marner going - hmm, good things happen when you join an American team that knows how to build a winner Let's be honest, outside of the Habs, Canadian teams are clueless and going nowhere. And Habs only figured it out once Gorton and Hughes entered the picture

@NotionHQ I don't know what you guys did with the latest mac os app update, but it's made it largely unusable due to how slow and laggy it's gotten. Love the app - please fix.

The cost of having children is worth the presence of children. Full stop. I am dumbstruck at how our society thinks of children as a costly, time-consuming drag. What an impoverished way to think. No vacation will hold your hand in the hospital. No amount of mimosas at brunch can walk with you through grief. Double incomes cannot replace empty seats around the dinner table.

@nielsonTSN1260 Not sure what Oilers team you've been watching this season but not only are they not beating the Ducks in 5, they aren't beating anyone. They're headed to the first tee in about a week.

Rusty ⚡️: Solar Powered ☀️
> guy installs solar panels to "go green" > electric bill drops > within months his wife starts getting headaches > kids can't sleep > he measures the house > DIRTY ELECTRICTY is off the charts > the inverter converting DC to AC is pumping high-frequency noise into every wire in his home > NOBODY told him about this when he signed the contract Clean energy. Dirty electricity.
Rusty ⚡️: Solar Powered ☀️@ze_rusty

Most people think nnEMFs exist only near power lines or wireless devices Solar panels create nnEMFs that travel further However, it's not the panels themselves, The problem comes from the electronics, especially the Inverters & monitoring system nnEMFs from Solar Panels 🧵
